These terms cover use of the Zaphyr Stream apps for Android, iPhone and iPad, and this support website, which Zaphyr Stream (“we”) operates. Questions: barqora@outlook.com.

Your content and services

Zaphyr Stream is a media player. It does not supply channel subscriptions, playlists, or rights to third-party content. Use only services and content you are authorized to access, and follow the provider's terms and applicable law. Do not use the app to bypass access controls or redistribute content without permission.

Your account

Keep account access and provider credentials secure. You are responsible for the services you connect. Third-party subscriptions and their cancellation are managed with those providers.

Zaphyr Pro and advertising

Where Zaphyr Pro is offered, it is sold through Google Play or the App Store, and that store's terms govern payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds. The Android app may display Unity Ads when ads are enabled and consent allows ad requests: an interstitial after playback or a rewarded ad you choose to start for a Pro benefit. Unity and its advertising partners process ad request information under their own privacy policies; see our privacy policy for data details and privacy choices. The iPhone and iPad app may show clearly labelled sponsored cards when enabled. Zaphyr Stream supplies no channels, playlists, media subscriptions or rights to third-party content. Use only services and content you are authorized to access, and follow the provider's terms and applicable law.

Availability

Playback depends on your device, network, and provider. Features may change or be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted service or compatibility with every provider. Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable consumer rights.

Privacy and ending use

Our privacy policy explains data handling. You can stop using the app, clear local data, and delete your account in the app or by email. Uninstalling does not cancel third-party subscriptions.
